The Project aimed at creating a mixed use hospitality which proposed to be built near a precedent called the “Indian Habitat Center.” Hence, it should be designed accordingly.   

“The site called for a figure which would be created as a model for having a building without its boundary walls, hence creation of a complex which is open yet private according to the requirement."
